GIVE US THE GAMES,
NOT THE HUSTLE…

Putting Fans First is a coalition of sports superfans and consumers uniting to protect fans who want to be able to see the games they want on television, but who don't think that everyone should have to pay for them.

More and more games that fans used to see for free on existing broadcast and cable networks are being carried now on sports channels.

Some, like NFL Network, already have sold their best games to major networks like CBS, NBC and FOX and rake in hundreds of millions of dollars in the process -- and they want more.

Leading cable and satellite companies say they want to carry these new sports networks in a way that lets sports fans pay for them without imposing the costs on all consumers.  But the leagues have said no, unless the providers give in to their demands for higher prices for many of the games you used to see for free.

Whether you're a superfan or a budget-conscious consumer, this isn't fair.  And it may be only the beginning ... so we're united to tell the NFL and others to give us the games and not the hustle.

Network to restrict the output of game programming in a manner that violates anti-trust laws.'”
